1. MIDTERM AND MAKE-UP EXAM APPLICATIONS

Dear Students,

In accordance with the “Yildiz Technical University Regulations on the Acceptance of Excuses and the Conduct of Make-up Exams for Midterm Exams,” if you are unable to take an exam due to a scheduling conflict with another course or due to health issues, a traffic accident, or detention (requiring a medical certificate of at least 3 days, excluding private clinics), you must either: “FR-0606 Request Form for Make-up Exams Due to Course Conflicts” or the “FR-0607 Make-up Exam Request Form” must be completed in full and legibly, along with supporting documentation, and submitted to the Department Chair via the application link provided below within 3 (three) business days following the conclusion of the exam or the issuance of the medical report.
