Ph.D. Qualifying Exam Guidelines and Exam Schedule

2025-2026 Spring Semester Doctoral Qualifying Written Exam Course Pool 

EYK Decision Regarding Paid Military Service 


Due to the high volume of processes related to the Institute of Natural Sciences, the E-enstitü (https://lisansustu.yildiz.edu.tr/) system was established and has been improved and updated in line with emerging needs.  Through this system, our graduate students can quickly reach the relevant FBE staff. To ensure that graduate processes are conducted more efficiently and quickly, our graduate students are required to use the E-Institute (https://lisansustu.yildiz.edu.tr/) system.


Pursuant to YTÜ Senate Resolution No. 12-21 dated December 19, 2023, the mandatory course load requirement has been removed from Article 17 (1-a) and Article 17 (5) of the YTÜ Faculty of Science Senate Implementation Regulations.
Article 17 (1-a) and Article 17 (5) have been amended to remove the mandatory course load requirement.

ATTENTION GRADUATE STUDENTS!!!!

The undergraduate courses that Master’s students from outside our field of study, who have been admitted to our Department, are required to take as part of the Scientific Preparation Program are as follows.

All graduate students who do not have a thesis advisor must contact the Graduate Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bekir ŞENER.

 

Graduate students must complete the advisor assignment process before selecting courses and must not select courses without their advisor’s approval!!!

 

Master’s students must complete the advisor assignment process by the end of the first semester; doctoral students must do so by the end of the second semester.
