For students who wish to submit their internship logbook online:
The “Internship Logbook” prepared in Word format and the documents required for submission are listed below.
1- If you are completing a Workshop/Elective Vocational/Required Vocational internship, FORM211: the Shipbuilding and Maritime Faculty Workshop Internship Logbook (fill in the relevant fields according to the type of internship); if completing a Deep-Sea Watchkeeping Internship, FORM212: the Faculty of Shipbuilding and Maritime Sciences Long-Distance Watch Internship Logbook. These internship logs must be completed electronically.
2- FORM22: Workplace Logbook Approval Form must be signed by the workplace supervisor.
3- The FR1323-Internship Record Form sent to you after your internship application must be signed and stamped by the company.
The three specified documents must be compiled into a single compressed archive file (ZIP) and submitted to the Department Chair along with the completed logbook submission form below.
