📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COURSE CAPACITIES AND GROUP SELECTION
Dear Students,
Course registration for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year will take place in stages, beginning with 4th-year students on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, followed by 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and 1st-year students.
To ensure the registration process proceeds more efficiently and smoothly, quota increases will be processed only during the following times:
🕚 11:00 a.m. – 12:00
p.m. 🕑 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Quota changes will be updated through the system during the specified hours. There is no need to call the Department Secretary’s office to request a quota change.
- Please submit your enrollment quota requests exclusively via email to gimblm@yildiz.edu.tr.
- If a course has multiple sections and there is available capacity in one of the sections, the capacity of the full section will not be increased. Therefore, you must select alternative sections that have available capacity.
- Priority in course selection will be given to upperclassmen and students nearing graduation.
- Please monitor enrollment updates via OBS at the specified times and complete your registration.
