The deadline for submitting work prepared as part of the Capstone and Project courses is Sunday, June 21, 2026.
📌 Important Notes Regarding the Submission Process
🔴 Advisor approval is mandatory for all projects to be submitted. Projects without advisor approval will not be evaluated.
🔹 For students working in groups, uploading a single (1) PDF file to the system is sufficient.
🔹 Students submitting work for both the Thesis and Project courses must complete a separate submission process (two separate entries) for each piece of work.
🔹 Thesis and Project assignments must be submitted to the Department Secretary’s Office via the link below, along with the Project–Thesis Submission Form.

🎨 Poster Submission
🔴 Students preparing a Thesis are required to create a poster.
🔴 Printed copies of the posters must be submitted to the Department Chair by the end of business hours on Friday, June 19, 2026.
